About Chris Venegas 
     I have lived in Albuquerque and Rio Rancho all my life. I love my Family, Friends, and my 2 little Chihuahuas. I love going outdoors, taking my Corvette to Cars and Coffee and traveling! Helping people has always been a passion of mine, I make a promise to my clients that I will treat them with the honesty and respect they deserve when working with me. Chris Venegas received all the rookie of the year awards and the 30 under 30 rewards for a reason. He is friendly and fun to socialize with, while he is extraordinary in his negotiation skills. He showed us two homes (the market is slim lately) and he gave us knowledgeable considerations about both investments. We were first time buyers and he brought to our attention things that we would have easily missed. We didn’t have a loan officer chosen and he had an honest professional to refer to us. He kept us updated on every step of the negotiation process. I frequently got calls from him because he asked me questions like “We have three options which do you want to choose so I can push for that”. No matter what option we chose he had a back up plan if that negotiation failed. While our deal fell through due to us not getting approved for the loan (last minute mind you) he fought to get us the most affordable price in the best possible location to fit our needs.

We made the switch to Chris after our home had been on the market for six months. Chris jumped right in, had many open houses, and brought an offer to the table on our unique home.

He was worth his weight in gold in terms of the negotiation process. He even grabbed a shovel to help finish up some repairs. We couldn't have been happier with his enthusiasm and expertise.
